  • It should be user friendly or user can control it freely.
  • It should be flexible and efficient to use.
  • Error Prevention. Design a system that errors are kept to a minimum.
  • It should be minimalist in design.
4. Suggest several types of controls that might be used on the switchboard you plan to design. Explain why you chose each control, and create a storyboard that shows the switchboard layout.
